Finals Week!

AHHH!

Oh wait... Never mind! I'm not stressed. I have only one thing to really worry about and it is my final project in Digital Imaging. I am basically creating my own game, well at least the art for the game and it is all font based. So as you can see from my latest picture that there is Franklin the bad guy with some of his minions. Then you've got Kristen the girl in distress and Sir Bradley the Hero!!!

If you didn't know Franklin, Kristen, and Bradley are all names of fonts that you can use. Ha! I'm also making worlds from font, like I am making a Roman Colosseum made out of Times New Roman font!

Anyway, I only have to finals, and they are hardly that. One is a group final where I only have to answer one question and then the other is just a normal test. So things are going well. I'm using my free time to scout for jobs. So far I have sent in 7 resumes and applications around campus. Not sure what will happen, but I hope something will turn up!

Well wish me luck! I'll be home for Christmas by the end of the week! Woo Hoo!

Wonderful Day!

Best darn day! aka that's from a song off of the Kyle XY soundtrack, love the song! Anyway, this day and the week has been wonderful. I can't complain. My stress levels have been at a max-minimum. If that makes sense. If not I'll give you a penny for your thoughts. Ha! Get it? So I have been contemplating where I am planning to go for college and I have almost reach a conclusion, but I have one more thing to look at. So until then I'll keep it secret. Te he.

Well you know me I'm bad at keeping secrets, so you might already know! Hmm, what else has been going on? OH! I am super proud of my art work in my digital imaging class. I LOVE that class! We are doing some illustrations right now, I'll put up a image of what I'm currently working on. Hopefully it will work. Basically I am really happy that I found one thing I'm good at that actually has significance. AKA video games don't count...

Speaking of video games, I'm probably going to play a smashing round of Dance Dance Revolution now!

I'M SO EXCITED TO LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Woke Up Today, Feeling the Way I Always Do!"

Good Morning Cedar City!

Well last week was really a gunky one, but since I went to the temple on Saturday, I feel a lot a better. Seriously! I was so surprised how calm and relaxed I was on Sunday. It really felt great. Now Monday is here, which means I now have a calling to do! I am not only the Family Home Evening Grandfather, but I am now a Family Home Evening Father. So what does that mean? I'm my own grandpa! Ha!

So this FHE we are playing it cool and doing a simple activity. We are playing a game called "What if...?" I would explain it, but that would take up too much space. Basically its a game to produce lots of laughs. This week, is going to be a great one!

Another Day and No Nickels...

Well I think I'm in a gunk. I just don't know!!! I am trying to do the best I can, I just feel empty. Wow that sounds really depressing, well I'm not. I don't have a job, I don't get homework too much. I workout 5 days a week. I eat... oh and sleep. That's about all I do. I need a half decently productive hobby. The only thing about that is that will probably cost money. I have some fun thoughts, but so far I don't know. I'm posting this mostly to externally think about it. Releasing tension in essence.

Some ideas I have are as follows, martial arts of some sort maybe tai chi, art projects, read a book, date, draw, aerobics, photography, cooking, baking, crochet, hemp necklaces, singing, trumpeting, etc...

I know I could ask for suggestions on what I should do, but I need to do that, maybe some suggestions on something else... Whatever that might be! Ha. Yeah.

In other news, I am still doing research on what colleges offer industrial design, so far I am lost, but that's okay.

Back From The Mission

Hello! Well its been two years since I have blogged! I'm not even sure what to write. Well I am seeing what type of things I can blog about. I need your help! Most of you that see this will probably contact me in other ways so no big deal, I'm just typing out my thoughts right now. Ha.

So I don't just want to describe my life and what's going on, or at least not have that be the main focus. I want to do something a little creative.

Maybe post my photography or ideas or I don't now! I need your help to figure out something fun to do for this blog.

On a side note, I'm really tired and I might take a nap... *yawn...* Good night!

Oh No!

I only thing I forgot to do this err... month... was the blog! AHHH! I'm sorry to all my adoring fans out there! I would like to say that I could make it up to you, but I don't know how. So I guess I will keep on blogging.

On a upper note! *F Sharp!* I turned in my application for my passport. I can't wait to go to Canada. I'm going to keep you posted about all the Canadian facts I find out during this summer. Here is one thing new I never know about. Nova Scotia means New Scotland. Which could very well mean that I could come back with a Scottish accent! That would be awesome! Honestly, I don't think I will come back saying "Eh?!" all the time. But you never know!

Something else that I'm working on is getting a job. I applied for Home Depot last week and I haven't heard back from them. I also just applied for Joes. You know the one that use to be called G.I. Joes. Yeah, that Joes. Anyway, I hope I get one of those two jobs. I don't want to keep on searching/applying. I know it is good for me, but can't a guy complain everyone once in a while!?

Fathers and Sons

Hi again.

This year's fathers and sons camp out was great. My friend, Alan, camped with Dad and I because his dad was gone. The weather was great, maybe too great. It was at least 90 degrees! When we finally arrived and unpacked everything we play some football. We first threw the football around just for fun. Which to let you all know, I suck at throwing and catching. Anyway, after that someone wanted to play the real thing, well almost real. We played one-hand-touch-football. The BEST part of the game is when I actually got the ball on a long running pass and scored! It was great.

That night there was a campfire and we all sang with of course, Brother Stanger singing the loudest and a little off key. It was still fun. That night Alan and I were chosen to be captains for capture the flag. It was fun. Things were going great, except that all the kids were screaming and being loud, which caused in a sudden game over to our fun when the camp director stopped us from playing. I was glad; I could finally go to bed.

The next day I woke up early for breakfast while Dad went for a run. He said he ran five miles with a pulled muscle! Later on in the day I wanted to hang out with the younger kids. I found Joseph Brandt who is almost nine years old. We played and talked for a long time. I had a great time. He told me his favorite color; black. We had a great time! I was sad when we parted, he hugged me and said good bye. Hopefully he'll remember my name tomorrow at church when I ask for it. I asked him if he would remember and he said he could remember the "than" in Nathan. I said that was good enough.
